1. How do I place an order?
To place an order:
- Browse our collection and select the items you wish to purchase.
- Choose your size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart."
- Review your cart and click "Checkout."
- Enter your shipping information and payment details.
- Confirm your order, and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is in processing. However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. How can I track my order?
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
4. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased and used online. Check our Gift Cards page for more details.
5. What is your exchange policy?
Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages and do not provide return labels. Please e-mail the store that you are sending a return. They must be received within the 14 days.
6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
